Teams, plans and the new look
Workspaces become real teams, plans are enforced where the data lives, and every report is a presentation you can send. Underneath, a security and privacy pass across the whole platform, and the ELECTE design system on every screen.
- Workspace roles — owner, admin, member and viewer — with seats and invitations
- Plans aligned with the website: Starter, Business and Enterprise, priced per user, with a seven-day trial at checkout
- Reports generated as presentations and exported to PowerPoint or PDF; the report type is detected from your data, and length, tone and language are the only controls
- Document extraction runs in the background, with a workspace-level setting for how personal data is treated
- Forecasts say what they measured: an accuracy that could not be measured is withheld, and a rejected model is never shown as the projection
- Global search (⌘K) across files, reports, data sources and integrations
- The Help Center inside the app, notifications when a report finishes, and the public API v1 at api.electe.net
- The ELECTE design system on every screen: new sign-in, fonts, colours and the brand v1.0 marks
Teams and access
- Roles are decided server-side: a viewer reads what a member reads and cannot write
- A member’s access follows the workspace they joined; the current workspace follows you across devices
- Seats and invitations are enforced where the data lives, not in the browser
Plans and billing
- Report, forecast and file limits enforced in the database, with a clear upgrade prompt when one is reached
- Plan access can be granted to a workspace without a card
Reports and documents
- Scheduled reports repaired, and the schedule now follows the report type you last generated
- A report that was not generated is shown as a failure with the reason, never as a sample
- Spreadsheets are read as tables, totals first, so figures are never re-derived
- New sign-up: privacy, terms, refund and data-processing links in one row, and optional newsletter subscriptions
Security and privacy
- API keys stored hashed; integration credentials encrypted at rest
- Per-request origin checks and outbound-URL guards on every server function
- Product analytics opt-in only and EU-hosted; error reporting in the EU
- The PII setting is the workspace’s and is applied on the server — a request can only tighten it
AI
- Current models with automatic fallback between providers
- Every AI answer in the interface language
Localization
- Six interface languages, Japanese fully translated
