Code of Ethics
Code of Ethics
Last updated: July 16, 2026
1. Principles
ELECTE's work is governed by six values: innovation, reliability, transparency, excellence, customer-first, and confidentiality.
Everyone acting on ELECTE's behalf — employees, contractors, and representatives — is bound by this Code. Where local law sets a higher standard than this Code, the law prevails.
2. Conduct toward clients and partners
We state what the platform does and does not do, in plain language, before a contract is signed.
We do not overstate capability, publish inflated metrics, or disparage competitors. Commitments — delivery dates, service levels, pricing — are made in writing and honored; when we cannot honor one, we say so early.
We do not offer or accept gifts, payments, or hospitality that could reasonably be seen to influence a business decision.
3. Conflicts of interest
Anyone acting for ELECTE must disclose personal, financial, or family interests that could conflict with the company's interests — including outside employment, investments in clients, suppliers, or competitors, and related-party transactions.
Disclosed conflicts are recorded and the person concerned is removed from the affected decision. Undisclosed conflicts are treated as a violation of this Code.
4. Confidentiality and data protection
Customer data is processed only to deliver the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Access is limited to those who need it for their role, and confidentiality obligations survive the end of employment or engagement.
Technical and organizational safeguards are described on the Security page.
Suspected breaches must be reported immediately through the channel in Section 6.
5. Responsible AI use
ELECTE's platform supports business decisions; it does not replace human judgment, and we do not present its output as infallible.
We document known limitations of our models, do not train on customer data without explicit agreement, and review analytical output that materially affects a customer before making claims about it.
We do not build or sell features designed to deceive, manipulate, or unlawfully surveil.
6. Reporting channel
Suspected violations of this Code, of law, or of ELECTE policy may be reported to ethics@electe.net, anonymously if preferred.
Reports are reviewed by management independent of the reported matter. Retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith is itself a violation of this Code.
